Many of you have heard about the atheist who is challenging the motto "In God We Trust" on our U.S. currency. This isn't the first time that Christians are being put to the test. In the previous battles, we have lost prayer in schools and public outings, unborn babies lives, and we could also lose "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance.
What will it take for us to wake up and take a stand??? We get mad and sit around ranting to one another about what is happening. Notice, I said sit around!!! We can't sit around anymore, we must be on our feet in the trenches fighting for our Christian rights.
In Psalm 53, we see where the fool said there is no God, but we also see that there is NONE that doeth good. That includes us! All our righteousness are as filthy rags...ring a bell? We are sinners saved by God's grace and need to be out there sharing our story to a lost and dying world.
If a story like this can't strike a chord that something needs to be done, what will it take? I challenge you to talk to ONE person about your testimony and pray that God will give more opportunities after that. Remember the old chorus "Pass It On"? ...It only takes a spark to get a fire going...Get out there and let's set the world on fire for Christ!!!
